Product structure details
The first layer (surface layer) : This is the topmost layer, which includes a UV coating, a wear-resistant layer and a decorative pattern layer. Although it is very thin, it is of vital importance. A high-quality surface layer can make the wood grain clearer and more realistic, and also make the floor more durable.
The second layer (base material layer) : This is the core body of the floor, mainly composed of stone powder (also known as calcium silicate), which contains natural stone components such as marble. This makes it environmentally friendly in itself, non-toxic and harmless.
The third layer (silent layer) : This is an optional layer at the bottom, providing you with a more comfortable user experience. The commonly used type is the hot-melt silent pad, which can effectively reduce footsteps. The common thicknesses are 1 millimeter, 1.5 millimeters and 2 millimeters. You can choose according to your own needs.
