Installation Process
Step 1: Install Masonry Nail Base
Drive masonry nails into the concrete subfloor to prepare the mounting surface.
Step 2: Secure Starter Baseboard Section
Cut a ~10 cm (4") starter piece of baseboard.
Align mounting clip with the board end, positioning 1/3 of the clip beyond the edge.
Position the assembly against the wall per diagram.
Fasten the clip to wall framing/substrate using appropriate anchors or screws.
Step 3: Install Mounting Clips at Specified Intervals
• Secure all mounting clips to wall substrates first
• Maintain consistent 30-50cm (12-20") spacing between clips
Step 4: Install Specialized Components at Joints and Terminations
• Corners (internal/external): Use mitered joints or pre-formed corner units
• End caps/plugs: Install at exposed board terminations
• Connectors: Employ joining clips at mid-wall seams
• Expansion joints: Incorporate at transitions exceeding 8m linear length
step5:Then install the footings in order of smooth installation of the above.
step6:Installation completed.
