Product Introduction
Laminate floors are typically constructed with four key material layers. The topmost is the wear-resistant layer, which serves as a shield against daily wear and tear, safeguarding the floor's surface integrity. Beneath it lies the decorative layer, designed to mimic the appearance of various natural materials with a broad spectrum of colors and patterns, thus catering to a wide array of aesthetic preferences. The high-density substrate layer forms the core, providing structural support and stability. Finally, the balance (moisture-proof) layer acts as a barrier to prevent moisture infiltration, enhancing the floor's durability in different environmental conditions.
Commonly known as impregnated paper laminated wood floors or simply laminate floors, high-quality versions of these products are treated by impregnating one or more of their layers with specialized thermosetting amino resins. This impregnation process not only bolsters the floor's resistance to abrasion but also contributes to its overall strength and longevity, ensuring it can endure the rigors of regular use while maintaining its visual allure over time.
